Menu plan week of June 7th

Our freezer club group is finally meeting again!  Hooray!  So, I’ll be prepping lots of Chicken Mirabella and Black Bean Burgers this week.  Then I’ll get 10 different meals at the swap. So fun!

Here’s the plan for this week.

Typical Breakfasts :

Typical Lunches:

  • Loaded Salad
  • Almond Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, carrots and celery
  • Leftovers

Typical Snacks (Definitely important with this never-ending appetite of mine):

  • Fruit, Granola and Yogurt
  • Smoothies (My favorite these days involves coconut milk and berries.  I’ll try to post it soon.)

And here is the dinner plan:

Monday

Two-Bean Chili with Avocado

Tuesday

Spinach and Artichoke Dip with organic blue corn chips and Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Wednesday (Care Group)

Chicken Mirabella with Brown Rice

Thursday (Meal Swap in the morning)

Black Bean Burgers with romaine lettuce “bun” and potato fries

Friday

One of the swap meals

Saturday (WT in morning, World Cup game in afternoon)

One of the swap meals

Sunday (Play and Sing. Allison’s Baby Shower)

For shower: Gluten-free Chocolate Cupcakes with a Secret
Eat Out/Breakfast for Dinner/Leftovers
