Menu plan week of June 14th and 21st

I’m not a big fan of sitting down to make a menu plan each week, but I definitely appreciate how much easier the rest of the week goes when I have a plan in place.  Since we did our meal swap last week, I’ve got a freezer full of healthy dinners and think I can finally get a leg-up on planning.  I’m going to try to plan out two weeks so I don’t have to do this again next week.  🙂

So, here goes:

Typical Breakfasts :

Typical Lunches:

  • Loaded Salad
  • Almond Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, carrots and celery
  • Turkey Sandwiches, carrots and celery
  • Leftovers

Typical Snacks:

  • Fruit, Granola and Yogurt
  • Smoothies (My favorite these days involves coconut milk and berries.  I’ll try to post it soon.)
